Return Policy

What’s your return policy?

We’re proud of our jewelry and we believe you’ll love them as much as we do. In any case you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately after you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange. You can ship the item back to us within 7 days of receipt. All items must be returned unworn, in the original packaging with labels attached.

How to return?

To initiate a return, simply email us at support@bigella.com with your order number, item purchased, and customer name. Our support team will answer your return request within 24 hours. Please contact us before returning. You can choose to return items to our offices near you. Our offices are located in WA, U.S. and Hong Kong.

What if I received a wrong/damaged item?

In the event that your package arrives wrong or with extensive visible damages, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bigella.com

If an item shipped to you is defective, we will make repairs and/or exchange within 7 days of your receipt at no additional repair fees.

Are there any return exclusions?

Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Any engraved items cannot be returned.

Returns/refunds will not be provided due to customer errors, e.g. providing incorrect shipping information, inaccurate methods, etc. that lead to the loss of the package.

What’s your refund policy?

Once we receive and verify your returned item, you will receive a notification email that we have received your returned package in acceptable condition. Refunds will be issued back to its original form of payment. Please allow up to 3-7 business days for refunds to reflect on your account.
